Job Description: Chef De Partie Role for Incentive FM Group

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at Incentive FM Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cooking processes, maintaining high-quality food standards, and working closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional service.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding dining experiences for our clients. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in contract catering, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cooking process at specific station, ensuring timely food delivery.
- Maintain high-quality food and service standards, working closely with the culinary team.
- Follow safety, hygiene, and correct use of department utensils and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in Contract Catering.
- Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
