Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiating Contracts: You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts tailored to project needs, ensuring that all agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and ensure that our projects remain compliant with UK laws and regulations, providing strategic advice to project owners.
  • Strategic Guidance: You will provide timely legal and strategic guidance to project owners, meeting project deadlines and offering commercially viable solutions to complex issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: You will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, ensuring that you meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What We Offer:
