Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for working with our outstanding Care of Elderly department, providing high-quality medical care to patients with complex needs. The role will involve working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality medical care to patients with geriatric conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex health issues
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and preferences
- To participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan future care
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including notes, diagnoses, and treatment plans
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
Full right to work in the UKA strong educational background in Geriatric Medicine, including a relevant degree and postgraduate qualificationSignificant experience working in a similar role, preferably in a hospital settingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teamsBenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary package, including:
