About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor to join our team at Vision for Education - Liverpool. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the progress of secondary school pupils, working closely with teachers to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils as they work through lessons, providing guidance and encouragement when needed
  • Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons, ensuring that pupils have the necessary resources and materials
  • Help to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Experience of working with secondary school aged children
  • A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
