We are seeking a SEN Educator to become part of our exceptional team at Upton Grange School. In this role, you will adopt an innovative approach to teaching students based on their unique educational requirements, ensuring the delivery of the curriculum in a manner that maximizes student achievement and development.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a SEN Educator who prefers to minimize administrative tasks and concentrate on creating engaging learning experiences for students with diverse and complex needs. Your role will be both challenging and fulfilling, within an environment that prioritizes safeguarding, where students are heard, respected, and involved in decision-making.

A passion for and experience in a SEN/ASC setting is essential. During the selection process, you will be invited to visit the school, meet the staff and students, and tour the facilities.

Qualifications: QTS or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills and a nationally recognized degree. You should possess a calm demeanor, engaging personality, resilience, and an innovative teaching style, driven by the desire to help every child achieve their potential.

About Us

Upton Grange School is a newly established specialist ASD provision. We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Educator to join our team due to growth and expansion. As part of the Hillingdon Manor group of schools and the Outcomes First Group, Upton Grange will provide day services to students with Autism aged 3 to 11 years.

Upton Grange will offer specialized education for approximately 35 students, aged between 4-11 years. We utilize a variety of teaching strategies to engage and promote the progress of learners with diverse learning challenges and styles. Our students are taught in smaller class sizes and work towards an Equals Semi-Formal Curriculum and National Curriculum expectations when appropriate.
