Job Title: Junior Finance Business Partner

About the Role:

The Junior Finance Business Partner will provide financial support and analysis to the Global Planning, Customer Service and Logistics (PCSL) Leadership Team and the Global Category Leader - Logistics Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial plans, providing insightful analysis, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for PCSL and Logistics Procurement
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Work with Senior Finance Business Partner - Procurement and Technical to drive the Cost Innovation agenda
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders and obtain sponsorship
  • Lead the alignment of annual financial and KPI targets for PCSL
  • Ownership of actual and forecast financial performance for PCSL
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a fast-paced FMCG business preferred
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Previous Supply Chain experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Power BI or other visualization tools
