Home Care Support Professional for Autistic Young People
5 days ago
Our Supported Living service empowers autistic and/or neurodivergent young people and adults to live independently by providing tailored 24/7 care in their own homes.
You will work independently and as part of a team to support them with daily tasks, personal care, meal preparation, outings, healthcare appointments, and pursuing their interests.
Although experience is valuable, it is not essential to have worked in health and social care or with autistic individuals. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
