We are seeking a highly motivated Postgraduate Training Assistant to join our Programme Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting doctors in training and educators by ensuring that data related to Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education (PMDE) training is accurately recorded using the Trainee Information System (TIS).

About the Job

The Programme Management Team supports doctors in training and educators by ensuring that data that relates to Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education (PMDE) training is accurately recorded, using the Trainee Information System (TIS).

Main Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Programme Management Team's objectives and workstreams
  • Providing high-quality project, service, initiative and administrative support including information and analysis
  • Undertaking reporting and analysis of information to support delivery
  • Supporting, organising and training staff in the use of the database
  • Contributing to the formulation and implementation of organisational and national policy
