We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Sweco UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on civil and pipeline engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical reviews and inputs to clean water and water recycling infrastructure projects
  • Guiding and supporting engineers in the design and development of infrastructure schemes
  • Ensuring all designs meet current legislation and standards
  • Developing innovative methods and processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
  • Providing technical guidance and assistance to engineers as needed
  • Maintaining portfolio awareness in technical areas
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BEng or MEng/MSc degree in Civil Engineering
  • Good knowledge and experience of undertaking calculations for pipeline designs and ancillaries
  • Ability to demonstrate a good knowledge of enabling activities and construction techniques
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in IT packages and ability to solve complex engineering challenges
