Premier Work Support is seeking a skilled Cloakroom Attendant to join their team at a prestigious exhibition centre in London.

This long-term position involves working on an ad-hoc basis, with shifts varying from show to show. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient experience for visitors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and storing personal items, maintaining a clean and organized cloakroom area, and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Operations

  • Provide a friendly and professional greeting to guests, assisting with checking in and retrieving their belongings.
  • Manage the checking-in and checking-out process of coats, bags, and other personal items, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Maintain the cloakroom area in a clean, organized, and presentable manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor the cloakroom area to prevent theft or mishandling of guests' belongings, promptly reporting any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
  • Effectively communicate with guests to provide information regarding the cloakroom services, including pricing and operating hours.

Working Hours

Shifts will vary from show to show, with most likely being 12 hours long, starting from 7am and finishing as late as 10pm.
