YOUR Personal Training is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Professional to join our team at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre. As a Fitness Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a successful Personal Training brand and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality fitness sessions to members, including inductions and reviews
- Develop and implement social media content to engage with members and promote the club
- Lead designated studio/gym floor workshops and events
- Make gym appointment calls to confirm member attendance
- Maintain a clean and organized gym floor during downtime
- Participate in outreach activities at local schools and colleges
Person Specification:
- Enthusiastic and personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to motivate and inspire members from diverse backgrounds
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness
- Hold a minimum Level 3 PT Qualification
