Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Hillcroft House in Stowmarket. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal hygiene, general support, care, and social wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively as part of our care team to deliver exceptional care
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a kind and caring nature, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential.
