The Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) is a leading professional association and trade union for all school and college leaders. We support and represent over 25,000 members throughout the UK in primary, secondary, and post-16 education.

ASCL is seeking a Head of Digital Projects to support the development and delivery of the Association's digital strategy, reporting to the Director of People and Partnerships.

This role will focus on identifying and leading on implementing new initiatives and technologies to expand the Association's growth and member revenue, and enhance the member/user experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing digital strategies to support the Association's growth and member revenue
  • Identifying and implementing new initiatives and technologies to enhance the member/user experience
  • Managing ASCL's CRM, web, and app to expand the Association's growth and member revenue
