We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at the Freedom Group in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to work on various projects, manage costs, and ensure that all contracts are fit for purpose.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or similar role, with a strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts. They will also possess good MS Excel skills, including the use of lookups and pivot tables.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum is offered, along with a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, 25 days' holiday, and flexible working hours.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, providing cash flow forecasts, and identifying early warnings and compensation events. They will also need to establish and chair monthly project reviews, manage disputes and defects, and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or similar role
