Project Manager Role at Wood

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Wood. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that they do not impact the project's objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, project management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
