Job Opportunity at Widener University

We are seeking a highly qualified Mathematics faculty member to join our team at Widener University. As a tenure-track professor, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate mathematics courses, maintaining active scholarship, and participating in academic citizenship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach 9-12 credits of undergraduate mathematics per semester, primarily for science and engineering students
  • Maintain active scholarship and publish research in your field
  • Participate in academic citizenship at all levels of the university
Requirements:
  • Experience teaching mathematics at the college/university level
  • Good communication skills and demonstrable excellence in teaching
  • A research plan that will allow you to publish in your field
