Regional Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the growth across the Midlands area for our national provider of powered access equipment hire.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the growth in business via hire and sales of Powered Access Machinery, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and maximise sales of powered access machinery.
- Develop relationships with new clients in your territory whilst maintaining strong relationships with existing client accounts.
- Achieve planned sales targets and goals.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
We offer a competitive salary plus bonus, pension plan, life assurance, annual holiday entitlement, and staff discounts. A company car or car allowance, phone, and laptop are also provided.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a field sales position, ideally within a plant hire or powered access environment. Experience of exceeding targets and KPIs is essential, as is excellent communication skills, face-to-face and over the phone.
This role requires a target-driven, self-motivated individual who can present a professional image and influence others to close deals. A full UK driving licence is also required.
