Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Inventory Planning department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in core responsibilities across inventory planning & reporting.

You will leverage data available centrally as well as coordinate with our regional and divisional partners to drive analysis which supports key business objectives & decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the communication and ensure adherence to the commercial principles relating to Global Inventory management
  • Support the Global Open to Buy, Stock Rebalances and Delist
  • Owning weekly reporting as well as on enhancement and development of existing reporting
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in Planning or similar role
  • Excellent / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Highly analytical, organised, and detail oriented
  • High results orientation
  • Problem solver, with an ability to drive results despite ambiguity and obstacles
  • Flexible, willing, and able to manage multiple and potentially competing priorities
  • Ability to provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data
