Production Operative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team in the Sittingbourne area. This temporary role involves working 5 out of 7 days a week, with possible weekend shifts.

The day shifts are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, with a pay rate of £11.60 per hour. Breaks are paid, and manual handling is involved.

The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, as production involves a handmade process involving decorating and assembling. They will also need to follow recipes and production techniques to ensure maximum quantity and quality.

The role is varied, with the possibility to work across various departments with training provided. Transport is preferred but not compulsory, and part-time hours can be accommodated.
