We're seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our Customer Services team in the North East region. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Carrying out defect repairs in occupied properties with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with nominated contractors and suppliers to coordinate remedial works in occupied homes, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Working closely with your Line Manager to promote effective solutions to complex remedial activity, driving continuous improvement.
  • Building positive working relationships with colleagues, particularly site teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Liaising with the Customer Service Hub to ensure accurate and timely updates on completed or ongoing remedial activity.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer queries and concerns, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Acting professionally, courteously, and with dignity at all times, upholding the core values of Miller Homes.
Requirements

We're looking for a skilled and experienced individual with a sound understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines. You'll need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use your own initiative to drive results.

A clean driving license and time-served tradesperson experience are essential for this role. If you're a team player with a keen work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
