Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the internal quality programs and processes of a thriving business in the FMCG industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and performing quality procedures such as ISO 9001, BRC, and HACCP. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist with on-going site audits to assure compliance to company, customer, and ISO standards.
  • Work collaboratively with operational staff in the development of process and quality systems improvement.
  • Maintain and strengthen relations with customers to ensure that business and customer quality requirements are integrated.
  • Support analysis of customer complaints and their monthly reporting.
  • Release and maintenance of quality package documentation for product/production plant.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of quality assurance processes with respect to food safety, allergen control, and HACCP. They will also have demonstrable experience in quality control and quality assurance, as well as experience and familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar.
