About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roadside Rescue Technician to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our roadside rescue team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to roadside breakdowns and provide technical assistance to our members
  • Conduct vehicle repairs and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide reassurance and explain technical information
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
  • A full category B driving licence, with 6 points or less
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
