Contract Manager - Service Procurement

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of contract management, ensuring smooth and timely execution of contractual obligations for high-value sales orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure contract terms align with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, providing regular updates to senior management on progress, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Support contract negotiations, focusing on achieving commercially favorable outcomes while maintaining compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management within a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Experience with contract management systems (desirable).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights into contract performance and improvements.
