Mobile Caretaker

The Mobile Caretaker will provide a responsive customer-based service for our residents, ensuring all housing estates are in a safe and clean environment.
Key Duties/Accountabilities:- Maintain communal areas within Council Housing Estates.
- Carry out communal cleaning, grounds maintenance, estate inspections, and small maintenance repairs.
- Assist with health and safety and security issues of our estates.
Candidates must have a driving license and their own vehicle. The Council will pay mileage to cover travel between sites, but not for the initial journey from home to the first site and return.
37 hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with a 1-hour break.
