Nursery Assistant Position Overview:
Randstad Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to work within our partner nurseries and schools as Nursery Assistants. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while developing your skills and experience in early childhood education.

Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, and able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily activities of the nursery, including preparing resources, engaging in educational activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for the children.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience working with young children preferred
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
