Therapeutic Education Tutor Opportunity

Parker Smith Inclusion is seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Outreach Tutor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students in the community, providing individualised support to help them achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational support to students in the community
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum TWO years experience working with young people within an SEMH education setting
  • Experience working with hard to reach young people with SEMH/ACE's/ASC/Sensory & communication difficulties
  • Trauma informed approach with a mentoring, coaching, teaching background
  • Ability to build strong relationships and maintain professional boundaries
