Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packing: Accurately select and pack orders to meet customer demands.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a small team to achieve targets and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar warehouse role is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Basic Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy is required.
