About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Home Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.

You will lead a team of dedicated care professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that our residents' emotional and social needs are met. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. You will also have a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or be willing to study for one.
