Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Art & Design Technology Teacher to join our team at GSL Education. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Art & Design Technology lessons to students across Key Stage 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging Art & Design Technology lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teach a range of techniques and skills in both art and design technology, promoting creativity and critical thinking in a supportive classroom environment.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure students reach their full potential.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enhance the students' learning experience and foster a sense of community.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of art and design technology, with a passion for inspiring and motivating students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
