Join Our Team as a Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering at The Chequers in Woolmer Green, Hertfordshire.

About the Role

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking charge of the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none. This includes taking accurate orders, working closely with kitchen staff, and ensuring payments and receipts are correct.

You will also be responsible for confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings, observing service and standards, and reporting any incidents or issues. Additionally, you will be a supportive and proactive leader, driving results and developing your team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment, enthusiasm and passion for food and beer, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurized environment.

You will also need to be a result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your team.
