About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Norse Group. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of floors and surfaces.
  • Empty bins and maintain the cleanliness of restrooms and sanitation stations.
  • Build relationships with clients and staff on site, providing excellent customer service.
  • Report any defects or damages to the facilities management team.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning or caretaking is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
