Veterinary Nurse Team Lead

As a Head Equine Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in leading our nursing team and contributing to the success of Sampson Park. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring the nursing team to ensure excellent patient care
- Managing day-to-day operations, including stock control, staff scheduling, and record-keeping
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a veterinary nurse
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year
