Wood is seeking a skilled Draughtsperson to provide drawing and document updates using various 2D & 3D CAD/Raster editing packages. The successful candidate will assist in creating associated mark-ups from red-lined as-built documentation using relevant standards, processes, and procedures. In addition to maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, the Draughtsperson will enable the Drawing Office to deliver an efficient quality service.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a Draughtsperson with the following qualifications and experience:

  • ONC or appropriate level of experience
  • Suitable CAD qualification or appropriate experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Experience and a drive for continual learning/understanding of the latest design tools, technologies, and processes
  • Experience within a Drawing Office environment
  • A good level of general computer skills (good electronic housekeeping)
  • Demonstrate an understanding of industry best practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders in a professional manner
