As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting your colleagues, ensuring that everyone works seamlessly together across all areas of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of environmental services staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the upkeep of our properties and grounds.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to service delivery.
- Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification or equivalent experience in horticultural, landscape maintenance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driving license.

- A competitive salary of £35,821 per annum.
- A 35-hour working week.
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days) plus Bank Holidays.
