Ritz Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Operative for a busy Student Accommodation site in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general maintenance tasks in internal and external areas of the building.
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets, replacing washers, and fixing taps, replacing shower doors.
  • Assist with re-decorating rooms, including patching and filling holes, siliconing, and painting.
  • Perform general joinery tasks, such as fixing doors on cupboards and locks.
  • Basic electrics, including changing light bulbs, sockets, and switches.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance or handyman work, preferably in a residential or domestic setting.
  • Use of own vehicle is an advantage.
  • Experience in a trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work.
  • Strong customer service skills and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to adhere to all Health and Safety measures.
