Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our team in Chester. As a key member of our growing financial advisory practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support to our clients and financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new business administration for investments, pensions, mortgages, and life assurance products.
- Manage client investment and pension transactions, including withdrawals, switches, and rebalances.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to enquiries, assisting with policy changes, and updating client details.
- Prepare meeting notes, materials, and coordinate client meetings.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office, ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
