Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cost Management professional to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Project & Development Services team, you will be responsible for providing cost management services to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cost management services to clients, including feasibility cost estimates and detailed cost plans.
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to optimize solutions and identify better buying opportunities.
  • Manage and own client relationships, leading with business development and identifying new opportunities.
  • Deliver post-contract duties, including payment, cost reporting, and contract administration.
  • Undertake data collection to support benchmarking and knowledge management.
Requirements
  • Post-qualified experience in cost management, preferably with a QS/CM background.
  • MRICS is preferred but not mandatory for the right individual.
  • Excellent verbal, numerical, and report/proposal writing skills.
  • Flexible and able to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
