Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Contract Site Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring compliance with governance actions, and providing support in completing sign-offs on operational work instructions and risk assessments.

About the Role:

  • This position involves working closely with the site management team to ensure the smooth operation of the site, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.
  • You will also be responsible for documenting reviews, updates, and administration of site documents on EQMS, as well as understanding and implementing the management of change process.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent prioritization skills, be able to build strong relationships with the site management team, and have good knowledge of H&S requirements for production areas.

Requirements:

  • Excellence in action management for all governance actions (Entropy/Enablon/OneLook) inc MOC, SIRC, All Site Governance Actions.
  • Understanding of the management of change process and ability to provide support/driving action as required.
  • Document review, update, and administration of site documents on EQMS.
  • SAP administration experience.
  • A UK driving license and own car for travel to other sites.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
