Job Summary:

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Out of Hours Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing emergency calls, booking complex flights, and maintaining awareness of airline rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage out of hours emergency calls for flight bookings, changes, and reissues for clients worldwide.
  • Book complex multisector flight itineraries and point-to-point flights for clients in different time zones.
  • Maintain awareness of all airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in business travel, corporate travel, or flights brokerage.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle time-dependent changes and reissues.
  • Experience with Galileo and ability to do own mark-ups.

Benefits:

  • Performance-related pay on commission.
  • 22 days holiday (prorated) with an additional day for each year worked up to an extra 5 days.
  • Work from home.
