Role Overview:

We are seeking a Healthcare Entitlement Specialist to join our team in Belfast City Centre. This role involves reviewing and validating applications and documents for accuracy and managing the entitlement verification process.

Key Tasks:
  1. Review and validate applications and documents for accuracy
  2. Issue query and reminder letters to patients as part of the entitlement verification process
  3. Enter correspondence and information into the case management system
  4. Conduct assessments of patient entitlement based on received information
  5. Respond to patient queries via phone or in person
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
  • At least one year of administration experience, with five GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Previous healthcare experience is a plus
Compensation:

The salary for this role is £11.67 per hour, paid weekly.
