About the Role

Atlantic Projects Company Limited is a leading EPC company that provides comprehensive engineering services for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of thermal power plants. We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and control projects assigned by the company, prioritizing safety in all aspects of work.
  • Oversee project mechanical works to ensure compliance with project-specific and company specifications for quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement work packs to facilitate efficient and correct construction.
  • Review and prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure compliance with legal and company procedures.
  • Lead mechanical procurement and manage mechanical packages through procurement, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
  • Review supplier technical submittals and prepare technical submittals for approval.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Plan and manage project schedules and costs, working closely with planners to report on progress.
  • Ensure the correct production and filling of all project documentation.
  • Manage construction supervision, engineering, and labor force to support project completion to client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement project safety documentation and plans, including audits and toolbox talks.
  • Maintain and implement Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Systems meeting ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree (BSc or equivalent)
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of project engineering in construction and engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM Packages
  • Primavera P6 proficiency
