They work alongside colleagues delivering classroom-based training courses and group activities to learners in search of employment.

Our Learning Facilitators have the ability to facilitate accredited learning activities that enable their learners to identify, address & overcome individual barriers to work.


Key Responsibilities:



* Deliver high-quality learning sessions to learners with complex needs

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver training courses and group activities

* Facilitate accredited learning activities to support learners in overcoming barriers to work

* Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support learners
