As our new Lead Data Scientist, you'll play a critical role in driving our data science initiatives and shaping the future of healthcare. With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

About You:
You'll need to possess excellent leadership skills, with in-depth experience coaching and leading junior data scientists. Your technical expertise in data analysis and machine learning will be critical in driving project success. Additionally, you'll need to have a strong mathematical and statistical background, enabling you to extract business value from data science methods using both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced data analytics, machine learning, and traditional and generative AI solutions to address complex challenges in healthcare.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive the development of innovative products and services.
  • Drive the development and deployment of scalable and efficient machine learning models and algorithms to enhance healthcare services and optimize business operations.
  • Mentor and coach junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence in data science practices.
