About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Health and Beauty Team as a Technical Administrator. This role will involve working closely with our Certification Officers and licensees in the cosmetics sector to support the organic certification process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the team inbox and respond to incoming calls and emails
  • Undertake the first review of licensee submissions and accurately input product data into our system
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide excellent customer service skills on the phone and via email
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong administration background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will also have experience in cosmetics (science/formulations/product development/technical), Quality Assurance, and/or certification processes.
