About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Paediatric Nurse to join our team in the Accident & Emergency department at South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and their families in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care to children and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Paediatric A&E Nurse environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
- A Paediatric Nursing Degree.
