Job Summary:
PDA Search & Selection is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our client City Facilities Management. This key role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various site locations, prioritizing minor repairs and completing necessary paperwork accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
• Completing PPMs and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales
• Assessing service call requests from the Helpdesk and carrying out repairs as necessary
• Ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are available and serviceable at all times

Requirements:
• Full driving license essential
• Previous experience in building maintenance required
• Ability to maintain and repair a range of equipment
• Good PC skills, including Apple and Android platforms

Salary and Benefits:
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including a company car/van, pension scheme, and 33 days holiday.
