About the Role

As the first point of contact for all service users, staff, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a quality customer care service and ensuring the effective functioning of the safety and security systems within reception.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and service users to Ravenswood House, responding to telephone enquiries and providing a welcoming and professional service.
  • Under the supervision of the Reception Manager, provide a quality customer care service to all visitors, employees, and service users to Ravenswood House.
  • Ensure the integrity of the safety and security provisions are maintained and appropriate procedures are adhered to in the event of a security breach or safety-related incident.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all visitors, members of the general public, and visitors to the unit.
  • Provide effective and efficient functioning of the safety and security systems within reception.
