About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Secure Services Receptionist to join our team at Ravenswood House. As the first point of contact for all service users, staff, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a quality customer care service and ensuring the effective functioning of the safety and security systems within reception.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and service users to Ravenswood House, responding to telephone enquiries and providing a welcoming and professional service.
  • Under the supervision of the Reception Manager, provide a quality customer care service to all visitors, employees, and service users to Ravenswood House.
  • Ensure the integrity of the safety and security provisions are maintained and appropriate procedures are adhered to in the event of a security breach or safety-related incident.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all visitors, members of the general public, and visitors to the unit.
  • Provide effective and efficient functioning of the safety and security systems within reception.
