Swimming Teacher Position

We are seeking Casual Swimming Teachers for our Swim School as part of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation.

The ideal candidate has ASA or STA level one or above, the Teacher Rescue Award, and at least 6 months' experience coaching swimming to children. Excellent communication skills are a must, as is the ability to quickly build rapport with children and parents.

This role is mainly for weekends and some lessons in weekdays during holidays. The successful candidate will have opportunities to develop their teaching skills and contribute to the growth of our swim school.

Salary: Based on experience, the hourly rate includes the cost of living pay increase applicable from September 2023:

  • Level 1: £16.45-£18.09 per hour
  • Level 2: £19.25-£21.00 per hour
