Job Title: Education Support Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Education Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Runcorn. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and staff to provide individualized support to students with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with additional needs
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Support students with behavior management and de-escalation techniques
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with additional needs
  • Hold a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive and ambitious attitude to learning
