Role Overview:
Are you an organised and efficient individual with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a Corporate Assistant to join our dynamic team in the City of London.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated individual to develop their skills as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment. As a Corporate Assistant, you will be responsible for managing complex and busy diaries for senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meeting room bookings to optimise resource utilisation and ensure seamless meeting experiences
- Securing and organising papers and briefings for meetings, ensuring executives are well-prepared
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to guests and VIPs, creating a positive impression of the organisation
- Cultivating and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience in diary management, booking meeting rooms, and processing expenses
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with executives and external partners
- Proficiency in using MS Packages, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
